Our Return Policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy.

We stand behind our products, and want you, our customer to be satisfied with your purchase and have confidence when you purchase from Cycle Shade.

We’ll always do our best to take care of our customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.

We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.

  • Returned item(s) are to be unused and in new condition.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
  • Once items are received and inspected an exchange or refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • If an item is defective we will issue a return shipping label. Once the item is received; a new item will be shipped.
